Where to get help

If you are thinking about hurting yourself, or someone is in danger, talk to someone now.

These services are free, they are real people, and they are not part of Japa. You don't have to give your name. If someone could be hurt right now, call the emergency number where you are.

In Japa

If someone in a place chat worries you, tap β‹― beside their message and choose a reason. "A child may be at risk" and "Someone may hurt themselves" go to the top of the moderator's list. The message is hidden for you at once. Block them too if you like: their messages vanish for you, and yours for them.

Japa's moderators read reports at least once a day. That is not fast enough for an emergency: if someone could be hurt now, call the numbers above.

Think a moderator got it wrong? Email support@japa-life.com with the code from your feed.

Every number here was checked on the service's own website, or an official health or government page, on 14 October 2026. Numbers change: if one doesn't work, use the emergency number.
